The Carrera Cup is the oldest car brand cup in Germany and is starting its 22nd season in 2011. Since then, it has grown from an amateur series to a high-prestige professional championship. The 911 GT3 Cup produces 390 BHP. The cars leave the factory with control units and generators from Bosch Motorsport.

Since the relaunch of this motor racing class in 2000, the DTM has become a major public attraction. Bosch Motorsport took over engine management for the DTM vehicles from the very outset: All touring cars, the Audi A4 DTM and the AMG-Mercedes C-Class, are tuned to top performance using a Motronic version developed by Bosch.
